Use case
Domino Admin Tools can perform account and mailbox analysis, tidy up the existing accounts for you. This can save administration and operation workload and free up the space.

New users, groups, mailboxes, replicas will be automatically created and updated after submitting requests.

Auto deploy the user specified user settings, ID file to user's workstation.

The tool will collect users' login actions from both Notes client and Web.

The tool will also track the account usage. Accounts over the preset idle period will be treated as Inactive accounts.

The tool will notify IT admin when there is an inactive account and remove it automatically to free up the Domino user accounts.

No worries about losing removed account information! The tool will archive the removed account to provide a mechanism to restore the data if needed.

Domino Admin Tool automatically reviews all accounts’ login frequency daily.

Generate and email a list of accounts that haven’t logged in for 90 days to IT Admin as a reminder.

At the same time, Domino Admin Tool will handle those inactive accounts that haven’t logged in for 180 days (which is defined as inactive). It can trigger the “Delete Account” approval processes;

1. Enable / Disable OUT-OF-OFFICE
Enable applying OUT-OF-OFFICE messages for the users when they are on leave without breaking the notification sender. You can also set up different messages to different groups:

Standard Notification to all email senders, e.g. external sender

Alternate Notification to certain people, e.g. internal sender

Exclusions allow you to cancel sending OUT-OF-OFFICE messages to this group of people
2. Enable / Disable Auto-Forward Agent
You are allowed to set up Email Auto-Forward for the user when they are out of the office. The Domino Admin Tool allows you to select and filler email before forwarding:
