Use case
Domino Admin Tools can perform account and mailbox analysis, tidy up the existing accounts for you. This can save administration and operation workload and free up the space.

After submitting requests, new users, groups, mailboxes, and replicas will be automatically created and updated.

Auto-deploy the user-specified user settings, and ID file to the user's workstation.

The tool will collect users' login actions from the Notes client and the Web.

The tool will also track the account usage. Accounts over the preset idle period will be treated as Inactive accounts.

1. Enable/Disable Out-of-Office Notifications
Easily manage out-of-office notifications for users when they are on leave without disrupting the notification sender. You can customize different messages for various groups:

Standard Notification: Sent to all email senders, such as external senders.

Alternate Notification: Sent to specific people, such as internal colleagues.

Exclusions: Prevent out-of-office messages from being sent to certain groups of people.
2. Enable/Disable Auto-Forward Agent
Set up email auto-forwarding for users who are out of the office. The Domino Admin Tool allows filtering of emails before forwarding:
