With TSECM, you can create customized rules to handle email interactions intelligently and consistently, including:

  • Sender Replacement: Enable replies to be sent from a general or team address (e.g., support@company.com) instead of an individual user, maintaining brand consistency and team presence.

  • Recipient Replacement: Redirect emails addressed to a resigned employee to their manager or designated successor. The departed employee’s mailbox is disabled from receiving new emails.

  • Email Approval Workflow: Temporarily hold outgoing emails from junior staff until reviewed and approved by a supervisor, helping to reduce risk and enforce oversight.

  • Sending Restrictions: Prevent specific users from sending external emails, as required by compliance or internal policy.

    Protect your content by keeping them all in TSECM mailbox. While you enable the mail protection, TSECM will generate a link to your recipient, who needs to log into TSECM with the link to view the email conversation.

    On the other hand, TSECM also protects your attachments for your outgoing emails by compressing the attachments with passwords automatically. You can set a static password, or the system will generate a random password, which will be notified to both sender and recipient in a separate email to extract the file.
