Sender Replacement: Enable replies to be sent from a general or team address (e.g., support@company.com) instead of an individual user, maintaining brand consistency and team presence.

Recipient Replacement: Redirect emails addressed to a resigned employee to their manager or designated successor. The departed employee’s mailbox is disabled from receiving new emails.

TSECM can automatically stop the outgoing emails from the list of part-time staff and route the email to a specific team or manager.
Restrict the maximum number of sending emails
Sending too many emails in a short period may affect the email gateway verification, which causes your email account to be blocked.
TSECM supports restricting the total number of emails sent, according to your needs and situations. You can limit an entire organization, teams, or individuals at a time.

TSECM provides round-robin email distribution within the team, which is a necessary function for customer services, simplifying the task-distributing process and ensuring everyone gets the tasks equally.
Secure email conversation
Ensuring only the right person can read your email
Protect your content by keeping them all in TSECM mailbox. While you enable the mail protection, TSECM will generate a link to your recipient, who needs to log into TSECM with the link to view the email conversation.
Attachments protection
On the other hand, TSECM also protects your attachments for your outgoing emails by compressing the attachments with passwords automatically. You can set a static password, or the system will generate a random password, which will be notified to both sender and recipient in a separate email to extract the file.
Centralized management
TSECM supports you to set a disclaimer to the group.
All emails from the group will include the disclaimer at the bottom of each email content.
TSECM monitors the email with the keywords or attachment condition.
When your preset situation occurs, TSECM will stop the email and send the reminder message to the sender.
TSECM filters and archives all undelivered notes from the server to a separate folder, pending your further review and analysis.
