Block conflict parties exchanging emails with each other
TSECM allows corporations to centralize email management. Corporations can present rules for parties of interest conflicts to control their email flows without alerting individual users.
Once the monitoring teams would like to exchange emails, TSECM will immediately stop the illegitimate email from the backend, alerting the Compliance team and the team heads, who are allows to review the email content from TSECM for further handling.

Release notices before release
TSECM filters preset keywords on email subjects. Once the keyword (e.g. Notice) is detected, TSECM will hold this email in the system and notify the relative approver(s) to review.
Review new joiners’ emails before sending
Similar to release notices, TSECM monitors new joiners’ email conversations with their email addresses. Once new joiners send external emails, TSECM automatically holds all emails in the system, pending for the line manager’s approval.

However, email communication between these medical professionals can potentially lead to a breach of confidential patient information and subsequent legal liabilities if they are allowed to read confidential emails outside the hospitals’ protected environment.
Sending email as link – keep confidential information in your own mailing server
TSECM can secure all confidential email communication in compliance with GDPR by keeping all email communication in the hospital email portal. Affiliated medical professionals are required to login to TSECM to view the confidential email.
Sending large file size attachments as link
Normally, we need to limit the attachment size to ensure the stability of our mail server. Staff usually release the file limitation after receiving the email sending error but without mentioning the maximum file size.
TSECM allows you to send large files by passing the maximum attachment size.
Your file will be automatically uploaded and stored in the TSECM file database, where it will be transformed into a download link. Your receiver can then download the attachment directly.
TSECM also allows you to set the expiry date for the email and attachment. You can always view the sent email on the system portal. After the expiry date, the email content, along with the attachment, is not allowed to be opened.
